Our 3-year Strategic Plan reflects the collective wisdom and aspirations of The PREP Academy community, including the parents who believe in their children’s potential, the students who inspire with their determination, and our dedicated team, board of directors, and partners who are steadfast in their commitment to amplifying and nurturing Black excellence.
As part of our ambitious three-year strategic plan to 2028, we’ve developed a one-year business plan to set the stage for achieving the broader objectives from January 1, 2025 – January 30, 2026. It emphasizes immediate action and collaboration as we build a solid foundation for long-term success.
By the end of 2025, we will have measurable progress in program participation, student engagement, employee satisfaction, board engagement, fund development and donor engagement, propelling us toward our vision of shaping futures for African NS students.
