To help students gain the skills needed to work and conduct research in these sectors, 16 scholarships are available to those entering natural resource and renewable energy-related programs
- University-bound students- 8 x $10,000 ($2,500 per year, renewable for 4 years)
- Nova Scotia Community College students- 8 x $2,500 (non-renewable)
Eligibility
University Scholarships
Be graduating from a Nova Scotia high school with an average mark of 75% or B in your final year
Must not accept scholarships or bursaries from other sources that collectively exceed $2,500 in the first year of study
Be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant, and a permanent resident of Nova Scotia
