Burns Lodge Legacy Scholarship Fund

Scholarship Full Description:

Burns Lodge Legacy Scholarship Fund is a Scholarship Fund for Grade 12 students in the Halifax Regional Municipality. This Fund was established by members of Burns Lodge No. 10 (AFAM) to honour Robert Burns’ legacy in New Scotland (Nova Scotia) and to help local students pursue post-secondary education.

Eligibility criteria

1. applicants must be residents of the Halifax Regional Municipality
2. in Grade 12 and planning on pursuing post-secondary educational studies in Atlantic Canada.

Selection Criteria

Applications will be selected upon the basis of their scholastic achievement, community involvement, athletic accomplishments and financial need.
